A body was found early Sunday morning and Oklahoma City police have opened a homicide investigation.

About 1:30 a.m., police were called to the 1600 block of Bishop Bobby L. Williams Dr. in the Springlake area where the body was found.

Police did not released any information about where the body was found or what condition it was in. They also did not release a name.

The case will be investigated as a homicide, police said.
