Body of drowning victim recovered near Ponca City
PONCA CITY — The body of a Ponca City man who drowned in the Arkansas River was found Saturday morning, authorities said.
Harry Walter Blueback, 22, went under shortly before 6:45 p.m. Friday, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol . Family members found Blueback's body on a sandbar about 7:15 a.m.
