Bombing suspect gets quick trial date

NEW YORK — A federal judge on Thursday set an unexpectedly early trial date in September 2010 for a jury to hear bombing charges against Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani , the first former CIA and Guantanamo prisoner to be charged in a civilian court.
