This collection of articles will be engrossing for those searching for the answers to these questions:

What were the key characteristics that these military leaders possessed which made them highly successful?

Are those leadership traits transferable to the way successful corporations conduct business?

Although the essays are fairly short and varied in writing styles, they are “spot on” by identifying those key principles of a successful leader whether in the military or business world: leads from the front, takes care of his people, communicates up and down the organizational ladder, masters the details of operations, understands the situation before making a key decision, demands excellence from his team, never stops learning and possesses the will to persevere in extreme difficulty.

Once again, Slavonic challenges America to learn from the lessons given us by our military patriots. His book deserves our considered attention.
