Tanner McElroy will sign copies of his religious fantasy novel, “War of Wings,” beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday. The novel imagines the paths and loves of the angels Gabriel and Lucifer as war comes to heaven.

BRACE BOOKS, 2205 N 14th St., Ponca City

Edgar L. Frost will sign copies of “Port Robertson: Behind the Scenes of Sooner Sports,” the latest book published by the Oklahoma Heritage Association, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday. The book details the life and accomplishments of Robertson, an OU wrestling and football coach.


The Oklahoman’s own Steve Lackmeyer and former Oklahoman staff writer Jack Money will read from and sign copies of their book, “Cornerstone: The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, 125 Years,” beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday.

REED CONFERENCE CENTER, 5800 Will Rogers Rd., Midwest City

Judy Howard will sign copies of her “1905 Cookbook” and do a Bed Turning/Quilt Show from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Made in OK Wine, Beer & Food Festival. Proceeds will benefit Pepper’s Ranch Foster Care Community.
