Best-selling novelist Jenny Milchman will sign copies of her newest mystery, “Ruin Falls,” beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. She will be joined by Richard Cunningham, a freelance science and technology journalist, who has penned his first novel, a World War I mystery titled “Maude Brown’s Baby.” They will discuss their work and answer questions about traditional publishing versus self-publishing.
Oklahoma author and educator Peter Pierro will sign copies of “Free to Learn, Free to Teach” beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday. The book is about problems with school curriculum and testing methods.

Illustrator Robin Preiss Glasser will talk about her new children’s book, “Fancy Nancy and the Wedding of the Century,” from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday. The event, dubbed Fancy Nancy’s Splendiferous Saturday Spectacular, will include book signings, crafts, a photo booth and treats courtesy of Flying Cupcake. It will be held in rooms A and B.
