David Boren: OU coaches' raises reflection of marketplace

ARDMORE — No University of Oklahoma head coach is the highest-paid in his or her field, but a few are getting up there.

OU president David Boren discussed the merit of coaches’ salaries, led by football coach Bob Stoops’ package worth $3,675,000, on Wednesday, when the OU Board of Regents approved raises during its June meeting.
