Boulder County Clerk now issuing same-sex marriage licenses; State AG says they are invalid

BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder County Clerk and Recorder’s Office will immediately begin issuing same-sex marriage licenses following the ruling Wednesday by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver striking down a gay marriage ban in Utah, Fox 31 Denver reports.

In a statement, Clerk and Recorder Hillary Hall said the licenses will be available Wednesday in Boulder and available on Friday at the Lafayette and Longmont offices.
