Boys basketball: Edmond Memorial, PC North in finals
Putnam City North held off a strong rally from Deer Creek for a 54-46 win in the semifinals of Deer Creek's Bruce Gray Invitational, advancing the Panthers to Saturday's 8:30 p.m. championship game.
Joe Summers had 15 points to lead PC North, and John Robert Simon added 10. The Panthers will face Edmond Memorial, which rolled over Mustang in the semifinals.
