At this point in his stellar four-year career, Douglass point guard Stephen Clark has had so many special performances, it takes something really big to make it jump out at you.

So how's this: 30 3-pointers in three games.

Clark, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound senior who has signed with Oklahoma State, averaged 10 3-pointers and 42.3 points per game as the Trojans rolled through three opponents to win the Kansas National Guard Invitational in Frontenac, Kan., over the weekend.

Clark had 43 points in the title game, a 99-64 win over Winfield (Kan.). On top of that, Clark averaged 11 assists per game as he and DeAngelo Smith earned all-tournament honors.

Douglass averaged 100.7 points per game at the tournament, with players signing autographs and posing for photos with fans after each game.

Some of Clark's most impressive performances have come against out-of-state competition. His career-high 65-point game came in Louisiana last year, and the trend dates all the way back to his first game as a freshman, when he scored 28 points at the Thanksgiving Hoopfest in the Dallas area.

The Trojans, currently ranked No. 2 in Class 4A behind Roland, are finished with out-of-state competition. They'll be back in action at Classen SAS Tuesday night.
