Here are a few metro-area golfers to watch at the boys state golf tournaments Monday and Tuesday:

Eli Armstrong, Edmond North: Anyone in Edmond North's lineup can go low enough to contend, but Armstrong, North's only senior, is hot lately, coming off a regional win for his first career victory last week. The Huskies are going for a ninth straight title.

Matt Henry, Pauls Valley: Regional runner-up in Class 3A last week with a two-round total of 142 in Purcell.

Jack Lemon, Oklahoma Christian: The Saints aren't the dominant team they've been, but Lemon won his 3A regional by five strokes.

Max McGreevy, Edmond Santa Fe: Last year's 6A individual champ hopes his Wolves can push Edmond North for the team title.

Carson Yates and Andrew McDonald, Heritage Hall: The defending champion Chargers dominated their regional and this duo tied for the low total, with teammate Gavin Mastell finishing third two shots behind.
