Boys state tennis tournament: Edmond North's David Hager, Carl Albert's Matt Taber among players to watch

Hager is the favorite to capture the No. 2 singles title in Class 6A and is unbeaten this season, while Taber could make some noise in Class 5A.

Hager is the favorite to capture the No. 2 singles title in Class 6A and is unbeaten this season.

Jacob Gillespie and Steven Wolfe, Edmond Memorial

The Bulldogs' No. 1 doubles team is currently 9-0 and are conference and regional champions.

McCann Bell and Preston Choi, Edmond Memorial

Like the No. 1 doubles team, the Bulldogs' No. 2 doubles team also is conference and regional champions.

Matt Taber, Carl Albert

The Titans' No. 1 singles player could make some noise in Class 5A.

Bryce Hebrink, Carl Albert

The Titans' No. 2 singles player is expected to contend for a state championship.

Nick Harvey, Heritage Hall

Playing No. 1 singles for the Chargers, who are looking for a fourth consecutive team championship.

Seth Moore, Yukon

The Chargers' top doubles teams will contend for a state title.
