IRVING, Texas -- Brandon Weeden is squeezing all the information he can out of Tony Romo.

The former Oklahoma State quarterback has a new lease on NFL life, and has been handling the first-team reps for the Dallas Cowboys during organized team activities. In the process, Weeden has been asking Romo plenty of questions.

"But I'm just trying to get a feel for what he thinks, why he does certain things," Weeden said Monday. "He's an extremely successful quarterback and a very smart guy. I'd be crazy not to take everything I can from him."

Four days into camp with the Cowboys, Weeden says "Tony's been helping me a lot." With Romo recovering from back surgery and backup Kyle Orton absent, Weeden is getting to run with first teamers such as former OSU receiver Dez Bryant and tight end Jason Witten.

In the process, he's tried to take in all he can from Romo.
