Brass Brick head blames bank woes
Brass Brick Homes tried to pay subcontractors and suppliers and avoid bankruptcy, but bankers wouldn’t work with the home builder, the company president said.
Brass Brick Homes Inc. and affiliate Brass Brick Homes VII LLC filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection this week. It left buyers with unfinished homes in limbo. Liens remain filed against numerous homes.
