A week ago, we looked at the top big-school boys basketball teams in the state, so now, the smaller schools get their turn in the Power Poll.
The poll is heavy with Class 4A teams hoping for a shot at two-time defending champ Douglass, as well as some even smaller schools that have made big noise this season.
