I
did a U-turn, and when I drove back, Bosworth was giving CPR to the man.”

Kuntz said an EMSA ambulance arrived at the scene while Bosworth was assisting. As of late Friday night, neither the identity of the fallen man nor what caused his distress was public knowledge. No report had yet been filed with the Oklahoma City Police Department. The incident occurred shortly before 5 p.m.

The Whitten-Newman Foundation brought Bosworth to PC West for an assembly on the dangers of drinking and driving. Bosworth was arrested and charged with drunk driving in Hollywood, Calif., on March 6. He was charged with two misdemeanor counts in Los Angeles Superior Court but avoided a six-month jail term.

Robert Newman is a 1982 graduate of PC West and co-founder with Reggie and Rachelle Whitten of the Whitten-Newman Foundation.
