Bribery case against Oklahoma ex-legislators to move forward

The bribery case against former Oklahoma state Rep. Randy Terrill and former Sen. Debbe Leftwich will move forward toward a jury trial. The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday ruled prosecutors cannot add a conspiracy count to the case.
