One killed
in accident
BROKEN BOW — A Broken Bow man died in a single-car accident on a McCurtain County road about 3 miles west of Broken Bow, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. Michael Shelton, 36, was traveling west about 4:35 a.m. Sunday when the pickup he was driving went into a ditch and rolled. Shelton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, troopers said. He died at the scene.
