BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was held out of practice again because of tendinitis in his knee.
Gordon worked with a trainer on the side while his teammates went through a 2 ½-hour workout Wednesday, the sixth day of training camp. Gordon was in uniform but without his helmet. He wore a floppy wide-brimmed hat as he stretched, rode a stationary bike and did other conditioning drills.
On Monday, Gordon was pulled out of the full-team scrimmage because of soreness in his knee.
Browns coach Rob Chudzinski said Gordon did not undergo an MRI and he expects the second-year wideout to be back on the field in the next few days.
