MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Milwaukee Bucks and Sonic drive-in restaurants have agreed to a sponsorship deal that includes a significant presence around the Bradley Center as well as a new mascot making game appearances.
Financial terms of the new sponsorship weren't disclosed, but also includes advertising on the Bucks' video display boards, courtside displays and will include a Cherry Limeade character that will appear at Bucks games along with Sonic's roller skaters.
Bucks' business operations vice president John Steinmiller says the Sonic brand represents a fun experience that fits perfectly with the Bucks in-arena experience.
Sonic has more than 3,500 drive-ins nationwide.
