Buhl’s makes apartment deals
NORMAN — Mike Buhl’s Commercial Realty Resources Co. in Norman has brokered several apartment sales recently. They were:
•S&F OKC Los Pueblos LLC of West Hollywood, Calif., paid $8 million, or $39,801 per unit, for 201-unit Los Pueblos Apartments, 717 Santa Rosa, built in 1974. It was 96 percent occupied. The sellers were Los Pueblos 100 LLC and Lokies Legacy II LLC, led by Robert Miller of California and Susie Thompson of Oklahoma City, who paid $6.125 million for the property in 2006 in a deal also handled by CRRC.
Los Pueblos has 203,750 square feet of space in 17 two-story buildings, a single-story fitness and business center, and a salt-water swimming pool with LED lighting.
•Tudor Crossing LLC of San Francisco paid $5.24 million, or $30,841 per unit, for 170-unit Tudor Crossing Apartments, 1332 SW 74, built in 1967-1968. It was 91 percent occupied. The sellers were B&G Property Management and Pounder Properties LLC, led by Peter and Margaret Barrett of Beaverton, Ore., who paid $4.4 million for the property in 2006 in a deal handled by CRRC.
