It was 95 percent occupied. The sellers were Ashwood Kritikos LLC, Krebs Ashwood LLC and Dayton Properties LLC, which paid $2.95 million for the property in 2008.

•HPH Investors of Prosper, Texas, paid $1.83 million, or $30,500 per unit, for Winding Creek Apartments in Seminole, built as a tax-credit investment in 2004. It was 100 percent occupied. The seller was SAS Mortgage Trust Winding Creek Apartments LLC, which acquired the property through deed in lieu of foreclosure. It has been repositioned as a market-rate property.
Winding Creek Apartments has 49,624 square feet of space in five two-story buildings.
