Builder offering energy-efficient, cost-saving utilities in new homes

NORMAN — Ideal Homes just got a little greener.

The Norman-based company, which bills itself as Oklahoma largest home-building company, said Tuesday it is now offering its Guaranteed Utilities program on all of the new homes it builds.
