The event is free to the public. Fairfax Estates is on the north side of Covell Road between Coltrane and Sooner roads, about a mile west of Interstate 35.

Builders include Coleman Homes Inc., Distinctive Builders LLC, Northwood Builders, Adams-Kirby Homes LLC, Lambrecht Properties LLC, CornerStone Homes, Everett Custom Homes LLC, Southern Image Homes, R.K. Jewell Construction Co. Inc., Vineyard Homes LLC and Vorderlandwehr Homes.

Adams-Kirby Homes built and decorated a 4,100-square-foot, old-world-style home at 3308 Cumberland Drive. Stillwater decorator J.W. Lee did the interior.

"I hope that visitors to our home will enjoy the contrast of design elements as well as the selection of furniture and accessories that I have created for this home,” Lee said. "The home sits on a beautiful golf course lot with some wonderful trees that can be viewed from the large windows that line the back of the home. I kept this in mind when I created my design plan. It also contributed to the color scheme I used.”

Weekend hours are 1 to 6 p.m. and weekday hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

More than 20 other homes also will be open and ready for review. Prices range from $399,000 to $1.5 million.

Fairfax Estates and Golf Club is a development of Armstrong Developments LLC. Features include gated security; an 18-hole championship golf course with clubhouse, a pro shop and restaurant; rolling hills, trees, parks and waterfalls; an aquatic center and sports areas; and a homeowners association.

"I hope that visitors to our home will enjoy the contrast of design elements as well as the selection of furniture and accessories that I have created for this home.”
