I'm not a bumper sticker type of guy. I don't have one on my car, but I do like to read them on other vehicles.
You can learn a lot about a perfect stranger just by the bumper sticker on their car. I can tell what college team they support, their religious views or political affiliation.Advertisement

I received a nice note from Diana Harbolt
, the executive director of Edmond's Citizens Caring For Children, about the story I wrote on the organization's school supply giveaway. "To date, we have seen over 500 children and expect to exceed the number of children we saw last year. Children continue to come into foster care even after school starts and need supplies and clothes, so we will be there for them,” she said.
Ryan Hukill of Edmond added his comments to the Edmond blog about a four-day school week to save energy. "Interesting approach, but I tend to agree with the theory that idle time would cause problems,” he said.
Sharon Johnson also added comments to the Edmond blog on the topic of school uniforms.
"Uniforms would certainly cut down the problems associated with inappropriate clothing and the pressure to wear the right clothes in order to fit in,” she said. "It also saves time due to the ‘I don't know what to wear' whine.”
