•Comtech Design Print & Mail names Michael Morrison chief executive officer and managing member of marketing and sales. Morrison founded Comtech and has more than 20 years of experience in the direct mail industry.

•PARC Management, owners of Frontier City and White Water Bay, promotes Stephen Ball to Frontier City general manager, Larry Edgmon to White Water Bay general manager, Jon Shaw to Frontier City finance manager, and names four new employees to the Frontier City staff: Jo Ann Keirsey director of marketing, Andrea Pennock marketing manager, Bobbie Rudkin inside sales representative and Tiffany Wages special event account executive.

• First United Bank names Mark Dawson executive vice president of financial services. He will be responsible for coordinating the bank's ancillary services and overseeing its business units.

• The Education Finance Council elects James T. Farha chairman of the board. He will serve his third term on the board of directors. Farha is the president of the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority.

• TeamLogic IT names John Merrey sales manager. He will be responsible for evaluating customer information technology needs and providing cost effective solutions.

•Arvest Bank names Ashley Roman branch manager in Grove and Daniela Young assistant branch manager in Lawton. Roman will be responsible for all branch management. Young has been with the bank for five years.

•Fresenius Medical Care North America names Jason K. Grayson regional vice president. He will oversee operations at 31 dialysis treatment centers, business development and manage human resources.

•Brian Schmidt with United Parcel Service received the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for his outstanding support of the National Guard.
