•First Fidelity Bank names Patrice Douglas executive vice president and commercial team leader. She will be responsible for acquisition, retention and expansion of small and commercial business clients.

•McAfee & Taft names Charles S. Plumb shareholder. He will focus on counseling employers on compliance with a broad range of state and federal employment laws and regulations and education management.

•Digestive Disease Specialists names Dr. Kenneth A. Seres physician. He completed his residency training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

•Mercy Health Edmond Santa Fe names Dr. Merl Simmons pediatrician. He is board-certified in pediatrics and completed his residency and internship at The Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.

•Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry appoints Dr. R. Murali Krishna to the Oklahoma State Board of Health whose mission is to protect and promote health of the citizens of Oklahoma. Dr. Krishna currently serves as president and chief operating officer of INTEGRIS Mental Health.

•Xeta Technologies promotes Paul R. Comeau to executive director of implementation and engineering. He will be responsible for the design and engineering of solutions proposed and the implementation of all projects sold, including the associated professional services.

•Miles Associates names Rachel Grisso and Arisa Sakakura designers. Miles Associates is an international architectural, planning and interior design firm.

•BetterInvesting's Oklahoma Chapter elected Irene Jondahl president. BetterInvesting is a national nonprofit corporation dedicated to financial education.

•Edmond Medical Center names Ann Fisher registered nurse in surgery, Theresa Hoesch registered nurse in the Autumn Life Center, Helen Joiner registered nurse in Hyperbaric Wound Care, and Mitch Brewer, Trinity Clevenger and Kristian Zerby emergency room technicians.

•Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores names David Carter district manager, and Jerry Hamm corporate marketing manager of loyalty and media production. Carter has been with the company for 10 months and recently served as a general manager. Hamm began his Love's career in 2007 as a marketing project manager.

•The Association of Legal Administrators, Oklahoma City Chapter, elects Michelle Stewart president, Cathy Collins president elect, Joanne Branesky secretary, and Kathy Ferguson treasurer.

•McClain Bank names Penny McGee operations manager for the Purcell location. She will be responsible for leading the drive thru staff and improve overall service levels.

•United Financial Partners names Randy Smith vice president. He will continue to work as a commercial lender as well as a commercial lending consultant.
