Heritage Trust Co. names Brian Hill vice president/trust officer, Zac Reynolds investment analyst and promotes Jimmy Arter to oil and gas manager. Hill recently worked as an attorney in Tulsa drafting wills and trusts. Reynolds recently worked as an intern with Heritage Trust Co. Arter was promoted from asset manager.

OU Physicians names Dr. Lieschen Quiroz pelvic and bladder health specialist, Dr. Craig Rabb neurosurgeon and Dr. Justin North radiologist. Quiroz is the only female fellowship-trained urogynecologist in Oklahoma. Quiroz specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the female pelvic floor. Rabb is board-certified in neurological surgery and specializes in brain and spinal cord injury, spinal surgery and stroke-related surgery. North specializes in body imagining including CTs, ultrasound and MRI of the abdomen and pelvis. OU Physicians is the state’s largest physician group.

Retirement Investment Advisors promotes Kelli Bass to senior vice president of operations and Alecia Tyler to client services assistant. Retirement Investment Advisors is one of Oklahoma’s largest fee-only retirement planning and investment advisory firm.

LWPB Architecture names Shaun Snyder, Scott Mellgren and Lorena McClain architectural interns, and Nicole Burkey interior design intern. LWPB Architecture specializes in architectural and interior design for educational, governmental, health care, sports related and corporate clients.

St. Anthony Hospital names Dr. Jason Emerson orthopedist. He specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery and ligament reconstruction of the shoulder, knee and ankle. Emerson received his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa.

First Fidelity Bank names Richard Standifer office manager. He will be responsible for oversight and management of the bank office. First Fidelity Bank is a family-owned, privately held full-service banking institution.

Allegiance Credit Union names Susan Morgan and Kay Pappas residential loan officers. Morgan has been in the banking industry for 10 years. Pappas has more than 12 years of banking experience.

McAfee & Taft names Annalisa Largent paralegal. She will provide trial support for attorneys engaged in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, business disputes and intellectual property law.

RAM Energy Resources names Paul T. Homan vice president of business development. He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Homan recently worked as vice president of operations in the company’s Plano, Texas, office.

U.S. Cellular promotes Joe Cabrera area sales manager for Oklahoma City. He will guide 12 retail locations throughout the region. He previously worked as area sales manager for the Tulsa and Joplin, Mo., markets.
