MidFirst Bank names Don Hiebert market president. He will be responsible for all commercial lending operations in Norman. Before joining MidFirst, Hiebert worked as a commercial lender at several banks in Norman, including Republic Bank and Coppermark Bank. With $10 billion in assets, MidFirst, Oklahoma City's largest bank is one of the largest privately owned banks in the United States.

Wood Group ESP names Gary Ford president and chief operating officer. He will succeed Joe Brady who will continue to serve as chairman and chief operating officer of WGESP. Gary has more than 20 years of experience working in the electric submersible pump industry and has recently served as the senior vice president of Eastern Hemisphere operations. Wood Group ESP is a leading service provider and manufacturer of electric submersible and surface pumps.

MobileTechUSA names Eric Endsley president. For the past three years, he has worked as the vice president of operations. Endsley was the founder of Rural Wave Inc., a broadband wireless Internet service provider. MobileTechUSA is a mobile fleet service that provides preventive maintenance, repair and overhaul services to light, medium and heavy duty diesel trucks, forklifts and heavy equipment.

IBC Bank names Kyle McElvaney vice president, Aaron Bastian, Michael J. Binck, Jason Estes and Sri Gunaratnam assistant vice presidents, and Darrell Mathews commercial banking officer. McElvaney will manage existing commercial accounts and develop new commercial and energy banking relationships. Bastian will be responsible for the bank's commercial customers. Binck will continue to analyze product and service needs of new and existing commercial accounts while marketing the bank's corporate cash management services. Estes will manage existing commercial accounts and develop new commercial banking relationships. Gunaratnam has been in the banking industry for 10 years and previously worked as an assistant vice president of commercial lending/real estate loan manager. Mathews will oversee and develop the commercial documentation department while continuing to train in the loan review and credit analyst departments.

Oklahoma City Ad Club elects Jeffri Lynn-Dyer president, Mathew Mollman chairman of the board, and Lisa Bryant and Preston Moon vice presidents. John Brill, Walt Disney, Roy Kelsey, Malena Lott, Kristin McNeese, David Salyer, Tom Searls, Jennifer Seaton, Ty Smith and Susan Vermillion were elected to serve on the board of directors.

University of Phoenix names Rebecca Bridges, Tiffany Diller and Lesley Mustain enrollment counselors. Bridges recently worked as a commercial sales rep at Imagistics International. Diller previously worked as a private family instructor and as a member relations/sales manager for Charlee Brotherton Enterprises.
