InvesTrust has hired Mark Williams, formerly the senior portfolio manager at Bank of Oklahoma, as chief investment officer. InvesTrust, a national bank trust with a focus on personal and corporate trust and investment management, is part of ASC Holding, the asset and trust management subsidiary of American Fidelity Corp. Williams has worked in the financial services industry for more than two decades. At Bank of Oklahoma, Williams oversaw more than 1,200 accounts with $2 billion in assets. He also served as the lead portfolio manager for Central Trust and Investment Co. of Columbia, Mo., where he oversaw a team that invested $900 million in client assets. As director of research for Invista Capital Management, Williams created and implemented a pooled research platform for major money management firms.

The First State Bank names Robert Fightmaster president of mortgage lending in its Oklahoma City main office. Fightmaster joined the bank in February of 2011 and opened its correspondent mortgage division. He has since grown the division to a department of eight employees managing an annual volume of $40 million.

Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville names Joni Autrey an associate. Autrey's practice areas include business law, asset protection, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, estate planning and tax controversies.

The Council of Public Relations Firms elects Saxum CEO Renzi Stone to its 2013 board of directors. Saxum is an Oklahoma-based integrated marketing communications agency with offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

OU Physicians named Dr. Travis Blalock director of dermatologic surgery, cutaneous oncology and Mohs micrographic surgery. He has also been named an assistant professor with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Blalock is a board-certified dermatologist trained in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic dermatology, hair transplantation, photomedicine and laser dermatology. He also provides treatment of varicose and spider veins using techniques in phlebology and sclerotherapy. He earned his medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine, Macon, Ga.
