Deregulation has been good for AT&T Oklahoma . Has it been good for its customers? You decide.

The phone company, one of nearly 40 that operate in Oklahoma, has the state’s largest market share for telecommunications services but is far from being a monopoly. Its proposal for a "forward-looking regulatory environment” was met with protest from competitors and advocacy groups.
