Calera chief wins contest, loses hair

CALERA -- His department came through and police chief Don Hyde kept his word. The Durant Daily Democrat reports that Hyde got a "Fo-Hawk" after his agency raised the most funds among competing law enforcement groups for Special Olympics. And all it cost him was a hair cut.
