California sues government over renewable energy loans
SACRAMENTO , Calif. — State Attorney General Jerry Brown sued the federal government, asking a judge to stop government-sponsored mortgage buyers from blocking a program that lets homeowners pay for energy-efficient improvements through increased property taxes.
