Candlelight vigil set for slain Edmond homeless man

EDMOND — A candlelight vigil for Dwight A. Morgan , known as Bicycle Bob, will be at 8 tonight at Festival Market Place, 26 W First Street.

The body of Morgan, a 54-year-old homeless man, was discovered Sunday afternoon. Travis Monroe Jim,20, another homeless man, has been arrested on a first-degree murder complaint.
