Captain America motorcycles on display in Pauls Valley

The Toy and Action Figure Museum, 111 S Chickasaw St. in Pauls Valley, announced via its Facebook page that motorcycles from the film “Captain America: The First Avenger” are on display at the museum now.

The display contains two original motorcycles and a “Hydra” style cycle used by the film’s villains.

“I just received them on Monday,” said Toy and Action Figure Museum director Jodi Wood in an interview with The Oklahoman.  The museum is displaying the motorcycles in conjunction with Performance Cycle of Bethany and Seaba Station of Warwick.   After their display at Pauls Valley, which doesn’t yet have an end date, but is expected to be a few weeks, the bikes will be displayed at the motorcycle museum at Seaba Station on Route 66 in Warwick.

“They had gotten a hold of the bikes through an auction,” Wood said.  “They thought it would be really cool to get them on display here.”

Fans can take pictures of the motorcycles that were featured in the 2011 film.  A sequel to the film, also starring Chris Evans, is set for release in 2014.  “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is set for an April 4, 2014 release.
