Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized in critical condition Thursday after a car crashed into a vacant Oklahoma City building, police said.

About 2 a.m. Thursday, a car driven east slammed into a building at NW 23 and N Shartel Ave.

Victor Troung, 21, and Timothy Tran, 20, died at the scene. Thomas Tran, 22, and Michael Nguyen, 22, were taken to OU Medical Center.

A sign in front of the building stated it was the future site of Guyutes, a bar and restaurant in the Uptown district. The building was under renovation.
