Carter County child dies of H1N1-related complications
ARDMORE — A Carter County child has died of H1N1 flu-related complications, a state Health Department spokeswoman confirmed this morning.

The child, whose name, age and gender were not released, died sometime in the last week, but spokeswoman Pam Williams said she did not know when.
The illness caused "serious medical complications" for the child, resulting in the death, Williams said. No other details were released.
State health officials said today the death brings the swine flu death toll in Oklahoma to 12.
