“The offense is really fun right now,” said quarterback Devin White, who threw for 62 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for 57 and a score. “The offensive line is working hard. The passing game is getting a little better. The run game is really good. This was an important win.”

The schedule gets tougher from here on out for PC. All five remaining opponents have been ranked in the top 10 of Class 6A at some point this season, and it starts with No. 7 Edmond North next week. The game will pit two of 6A's top rushing offenses against each other.

“I feel like our offense is always clicking, but our offensive line has been working really hard, and our quarterback has been working hard,” Curtis said. “We're coming together and pushing each other.

“We haven't been 5-0 in a while, so this was really big for us. Next week, we're looking to go 6-0.”
