Central Oklahoma, Northeastern State to join MIAA
Speculation became fact Thursday night as the University of Central Oklahoma and Northeastern Oklahoma State accepted an invitation to join the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association .
The NCAA Division II schools are expected to remain in the Lone Star Conference through the 2011-2012 athletic seasons.
