FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — PSA Airlines, which operates regional flights for US Airways, says that its CEO and president will retire and be replaced by the president of US Airways Express.

The company said Wednesday that Keith Houk, 66, will retire on Aug. 31 after more than 25 years at PSA Airlines including nine as CEO. Dion Flannery, 47, will become president. A spokeswoman for the airline said that there were no plans to have a separate CEO.

PSA and other regional carriers operate flights under the US Airways Express name, connecting passengers from smaller cities with US Airways flights at big, so-called hub airports.

PSA is owned by American Airlines Group Inc., the company formed by the December merger of American and US Airways.
