Chad Johnson has slapped plenty of back-sides during his NFL career.

It's a common 'good job' expression in the league he starred in for six years and played in for 12, equitable to the high-five or fist bump.

But the above instance was a perfect example of wrong place at the wrong time, with Johnson, known for his occasional lack of judgment, pulling that same move, except this time in a crowded courtroom rather than a football field.

And for it, the former star wide receiver will spend 30 days in jail, with the unamused judge who was about to let him off for his violation of probation, instead deciding to punish him for his lack of seriousness.
