Changes brooding for Oklahoma breeders

Economic pressures and tougher scrutiny of the industry appear to be causing a decline in commercial dog breeders across the U.S. , including Oklahoma , records show.

Some seem to be quitting the business. Others are switching to retail sales, which do not require federal licensing, an official said.
