It's about to get real in Austin.

New Texas hire Charlie Strong and his coaches met with the team with some expectations and changes that will be instituted immediately in Austin. The list is pretty straightforward, and according to SB Nation's Texas Longhorns Football blog, a far cry from the way Mack Brown did things in his tenure. For instance:

"No. 3: If a player misses a class, he runs until it hurts. If he misses two classes, his entire position unit runs. If he misses three, the position coach runs. The position coaches don't want to run."

Or No. 7 on Strong's list of expectations:

"There's no time for a rebuild. 'I don't have time for that.' The expectation is that Texas wins now."

That's just a sample of the new discipline Strong is bringing to Austin.
