Charter school fight dropped in Tulsa

TULSA — The Tulsa School Board voted Monday to end its legal challenge of the Oklahoma Charter Schools Act.

The board voted 6-0 to not appeal its case to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and to end its moratorium on considering new charter school applications.
