• To the Brewers' all-in trade for C.C. Sabathia. Milwaukee likely will lose Sabathia and ace Ben Sheets after this season, but a Wisconsin World Series is rare. Take your chances.

• To the Oakland A's trade of pitcher Rich Harden to the Cubs. Oakland general manager Billy Beane generally knows what he's doing, but the Athletics are in a pennant race. No reason to surrender this early.
