— A Chickasha school board member was charged Monday with two peeping Tom felony counts.

Ryan Eric Copeland was arrested Saturday, a Grady County Jail spokeswoman said. He was still being held in jail Monday awaiting arraignment.

Grady County District Attorney Jason Hicks filed two counts against Copeland Monday in the videotaping of Copeland's wife's daughter undressing in her room on two separate occasions.

Copeland's wife discovered two videotapes in a gun safe in the couple's bedroom, according to an affidavit. In the tapes, Copeland can clearly be seen setting up and later retrieving the hidden camera.

Court records show a protective order was filed against Copeland on Friday by his wife.
