Child pornography complaints land Midwest City restaurant manager in jail

Lee Martin Thurber, 52, of Oklahoma City, was arrested after he sent images of child pornography to an Edmond police detective, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Authorities say an Oklahoma City man was arrested after he sent images of child pornography to an Edmond police detective.

Lee Martin Thurber, 52, was arrested Friday at the Chuck House Restaurant, 2400 S Midwest Blvd. in Midwest City, according to an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation news release issued Monday.

Edmond police who also are members of the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at the restaurant, where Thurber works as the manager. They found the images distributed to the police detective and on Thurber's computer and arrested him, according to the news release.

Thurber was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. has disabled the comments for this article.
