Chrysler CEO admits sales for Dart are off to slow start

Compact is too European for American tastes, with a manual transmission or six-speed automatic transmission too weak to make Dart accelerate quickly.

Chrysler made the new Dodge Dart a little too European for American tastes.

And the company's CEO says that fact is holding back sales of Chrysler's first innovative small car in years.
