Chuck Mai: State urges work zone traffic safety

Did you know there were 49 pedestrians killed in traffic crashes in Oklahoma during 2008 and that 45 of these victims were older than 17?

The Traffic Data Linkage Project, a team effort of the state Health Department and the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office , has issued two reports on 2008 pedestrian injuries and fatalities in the state. They are available at tdlp .health .ok.gov.
