NICHOLS HILLS — Churchill-Brown & Associates Realtors, Oklahoma City's largest independently owned real estate company, is settling into offices at Nichols Hills Plaza.

The new offices, 6447 Avondale Drive, are more accessible than the previous location in the Glenbrook office park on NW 63, said managing broker Wilma "Wil” Gooding.
"This office is very visible,” Gooding said. "That's huge for our customers. We are the only real estate office at the plaza. Customers can just drive right up to our door.”
Churchill-Brown's 35 Nichols Hills-based Realtors sell throughout the metro area, but they work mainly in the MidTown area and historic neighborhoods such as Heritage Hills, Crown Heights and Edgemere Park.
"We specialize in the luxury home market but, because of our location, a lot of that falls into the historical areas,” Gooding said.
The Nichols Hills office is one of four Churchill-Brown locations. The firm also has locations on W Memorial Road, S Pennsylvania and in Edmond.
